U21 Annual Network Meeting & Presidential Symposium
This is the annual opportunity for U21 Presidents and Vice-Chancellors to meet with their peers from around our network to discuss matters of importance to Universitas 21 and plan for the future year's activity.
Alongside the formal business meetings, the annual Presidential Symposium will take place, this year looking at themes related to learning in research universities.
There are also a number of other meetings happening around the formal events.

Papers will be sent out by email to all registered delegates prior to the start of the meetings. Unless you state on your registration form that you will require a hard copy to be provided for you, you will be expected to bring your own papers (hard copy or electronic) with you, as there will not be any spares printed.
Some delegates will require a visa to enter Canada. If this applies to you, you may wish to use the template letter, downloadable below, to help with your application. Should you need anything else to support your visa application, please contact Jill Lambert (email@example.com) at UBC who will be happy to assist.
The quickest, cheapest (and greenest!) way to get from Vancouver International Airport to the hotel is to take the Skytrain to Vancouver City Centre Station, which is less than a block from the hotel. www.translink.ca/en/About-Us/Corporate-Overview/Operating-Companies/SkyTrain.aspx

Registrations for the International group, the DDoGS and the Research Leaders' meetings, as well as the Student Forum will be handled separately - please see the individual event pages for details of how to register for these meetings.
Delegates are responsible for booking their own accommodation directly with the conference hotel, the Rosewood Georgia Hotel.Colleagues at UBC have secured favourable rates at this hotel.
When booking with the hotel, delegates should state that they are part of the "U21 AGM Group".
The available rooms are classifed as:

Reservations can be made either by telephoning the hotel on +1 604 682 5566 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. You will not be able to get the group booking rate by booking online.
Rooms will be allocated by the hotel in order of bookings, so delegates are advised to reserve their accommodation early to avoid disappointment.
