Registration for the 2014 Annual Network Meeting, Presidential Symposium and related business meetings, to be held at the University of Glasgow, is now open.

This is the annual opportunity for U21 Presidents and Vice-Chancellors to meet with their peers from around our network to discuss matters of importance to Universitas 21 and plan for the future year's activity.

Alongside the formal business meetings, the annual Presidential Symposium will take place with the theme: The Shape of the University of the Future. 

There are also a number of other meetings happening in Glasgow this week, and an outline itinerary is available to download at the bottom of this page. 

HR Group Meeting

Please note that the HR Group will be meeting separately on the afternoon of Thursday 15 May. Please register your attendance at this meeting via the link on the bottom of this page.

International Group

The International Group will not have a separate meeting in Glasgow, but their discussions will be incorporated into the Annual Network Meeting being held on the morning and afternoon of Friday 16 May. Please register your attendance at this meeting via the link on the bottom of this page.

Meeting papers

Papers will be sent out by email to all registered delegates prior to the start of the meetings. Unless you state on your registration form that you want to have a hard copies provided for you, you will be expected to bring your own papers (hard copy or electronic) with you. There will not be any spare copies available in Glasgow, in the interests of sustainability.

Registration for the Annual Network Meeting, Symposium and associated business meetings is available via the 'Register Here' link at the very bottom of this page. Please note that any delegates attending the Human Resources Group meeting should also register on this page.

Registration for the Student Summit will be handled separately - details of how to register for these events will be made available here in due course. 

Hotel accommodation

Delegates are responsible for booking their own accommodation. Rooms have been reserved at a preferential rate at TWO hotels in Glasgow. Please download the attached document 'AGM - Hotel Booking Information' below. This outlines the facilities at the two hotels, their location and relevant travel information, and gives details on how to book your room.

Please read the descriptions carefully to ensure that you book with your preferred hotel. Rooms will be available on a first come, first served basis so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Please note that the deadline for booking your hotel room is Friday 11 April 2014.
