About

The U21 United Nations Millennium Development Goals (UN MDG) initiative is creating educational resources for health sciences students in order to raise their awareness and understanding of the UN Millennium Development Goals and their potential implications for practice.

After successful U21 European UN MDG student workshops held in Nottingham in June 2011, Lund in June 2012, Birmingham in June 2013 and Dublin in June 2014, colleauges from Lund University are pleased to invite its U21 partners to the fifth U21 European UN MDG student workshop.  The aim of the workshop is to stimulate interprofessional problem solving with focus on the UN MDG Sustainable Development Goals.

The workshop will be held on Friday 5th June (afternoon) and Saturday 6th June (all day) in Lund.

We are looking to recruit a range of health sciences students from U21 member universities, including medical, nursing, physiotherapy, dental, pharmacy, public health in their 3rd or 4th year to participate in the workshop.
