Ceara Chamberlin
Marketing and Communications Manager
Ceara is the Marketing and Communications Manager at Universitas 21, supporting the delivery of the network’s global communications and helping to strengthen U21’s profile and reputation worldwide. Working closely with colleagues across the Secretariat, member universities and external partners, she develops engaging, people-centred content and campaigns that showcase the impact of international collaboration and the human stories behind the U21 network. Ceara joined U21 in 2026, bringing experience in communications, public affairs and campaigns within the higher education and charity sectors, including five years at the University of Birmingham.
