The COVID-19 Data Analytics team, led by Dr Clare Hourigan, collaborated to provide timely and relevant data to inform UQ's strategic and operational response to the COVID-19 crisis. The informal structure of the team exemplifies respect, diversity and the 'One UQ' ethos.
Global Mobility Group reflect on online Internationalisation
On Thursday 3 December, 30 representatives from 19 universities, across the U21 Network came together for a virtual Global Mobility Group meeting. This year all universities in the U21 network have had to rapidly pivot and innovate to continue to offer global opportunities to their students and staff. Participants shared how they have risen to this challenge and supported each other this year to continue to connect with students, staff and partners in the mobility sphere.
U21 Global Citizenship 2021
After the success of U21 Global Citizenship in October 2020 in partnership with Common Purpose, U21 will again offer up to 2000 students across the network the opportunity to learn together and connect with other passionate about making the world a better place. The three week online course will take place in April 2021. Applications will open in February 2021.
