U21 is extremely sad to note the sudden passing today of Professor Stuart McCutcheon, former Vice Chancellor of the University of Auckland. He was a much-valued and highly respected colleague, and a great supporter of the U21 network for 15 years. U21 extends its deepest sympathies to Stuart’s wife Deborah and family.
Professor McCutcheon led the University for 15 years, until 2020. He was an inspiring leader, a deeply appreciated colleague, and a friend to many in the world of higher education and beyond and will be remembered fondly by many members of the U21 network.
