Manager for Student Experience and Educational Projects
Amber is responsible for the delivery of U21's Student Experience strategy, across student mobility and employability opportunities, staff development and international HE policy and research.
Amber started her career in Higher Education at the University of Bristol where she had previous studied for a BA and subsequently an MA in Modern Languages and Linguistics. Amber pursued her passion of all things international in her first role with the University’s International Office before moving on to work in student wellbeing and mental health within Halls of Residence. She then relocated to the Midlands having been accepted on to the University of Birmingham’s Graduate Management Training Scheme, where she undertook 4 placements over a two-year period, gaining experience across a variety of departments and managing a variety of departmental and university wide projects.
Outside of work Amber is a keen netballer, baker and dog-lover.
