The U21 Global Leadership programme is an exclusive opportunity for emerging and high potential leaders from academic and professional disciplines, especially selected from the world leading universities in the U21 membership. The programme reflects the dynamic challenges in our institutions and the leadership required to individually and collectively navigate this context.

Universitas 21 Global Citizens is an online leadership development course with 25 student spaces available per member institution. Participants learn the skills needed to thrive in the 21st century whilst tackling some of the world’s most pressing problems, outlined in the United Nation Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDG).

The U21 Senior Leaders' Meeting takes place twice a year, once every Autumn and also during the week of the AGM every Spring. This is open to all U21 Senior Leaders from member institutions, or university delegates participating on behalf of their Senior Leader.
