We are pleased to announce the opening of the 2021 U21/PwC Innovation Challenge. Now in it’s third year, the competition supports and prepares U21 graduate students for the world of work by allowing them to consider and respond to real global challenges.
Announcing the U21 Overall 2020 Champion in the time of COVID-19
Despite the challenges that we have all faced this year, it has been inspirational to be able to able to celebrate the ingenuity and resourcefulness of all of our U21 colleagues. A judging panel, comprised of the U21 Provost and representatives from U21 universities without an individual in the competition, reviewed all the shortlisted applications. We can now reveal the 2020 Overall U21 Champion in the time of COVID is Andrea Strachan of the University of Queensland.
U21 Awards Honour Advocates of Global Collaboration from UC Davis and The University of Auckland
The 2020 U21 Awards have been won by remarkable leaders; Dr Diana Farmer from the University of California, Davis and Lydie Faure-Kilgannon from The University of Auckland.
The U21 Awards recognise individual or team efforts in a U21 university, particularly the development of innovative or extraordinary projects within international Higher Education. The Awards celebrate the work of individuals who demonstrate a true global vision in higher education, who have furthered effective international opportunities for students and staff and improved collaboration within the university and with external partners.
