Bioeconomy is a global topic and can only be realized by combining agricultural, technical and social aspects of the bio-based industry and society. In partnership with the Technical University of Munich and Sao Paulo State University, UQ formed the Global Bioeconomy Alliance to exchange experiences, discuss the major topics of a biobased industry in research and education and develop joint initiatives to promote Bioeconomy.
